Data we use
When you sign in with Google, we receive your identifier and email. We store the information you configure for your doorbells, including names, location, radius and schedules. Conversations may contain messages, images and audio, which are accessible to their participants.
Location and permissions
We request visitors' location to check their proximity to a doorbell. Visitors see the public name you set, but do not receive your coordinates or account email. The browser requests permission for location, microphone and notifications when those features need it.
Why we use data
We use this information to identify your account, check proximity, deliver messages and alerts, manage plan access, measure usage and prevent abuse. Session cookies keep you signed in; the browser also stores preferences and campaign attribution such as language, theme, source, medium and campaign.
Providers
Cloudflare provides infrastructure and storage; Google supports sign-in, maps and usage measurement through Google Analytics. Meta receives visit and conversion events to measure Facebook and Instagram campaigns; matching identifiers sent by the server are protected with hashing. Browser notification services deliver alerts. For purchases through Paddle, Paddle processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
Retention
Activity history and messages are retained for 30 days; associated files are removed by automatic cleanup. Account and configuration data are retained as needed to provide the service. Payment providers may retain records for legally required periods.
Your choices and contact
You can change or disable your doorbells and revoke browser permissions. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.
