Privacy

Data we use

Accounts use Google identity and email. Each doorbell stores its configured name, location, radius, schedule, and preferences. Conversations may contain text, photos, and voice notes.

Location

A visitor's location is used to verify that they are within the doorbell radius. We do not reveal the owner's address, coordinates, email, or Google identity to visitors.

Retention and providers

Data is retained while the account remains active or as needed to operate the service. Knocky uses infrastructure, email, and payment providers only to deliver its features.

Your choices

You can disable doorbells and request access to or deletion of your data. The final contact channel will be published here before launch.
