Service
Knocky is a web-based QR doorbell service with proximity checks, notifications and conversations. No physical devices are included. It does not replace emergency services or a security system.
Account and responsible use
Use your own account and configure doorbells only where you have permission. Harassment, deception, unlawful content and attempts to access other people's conversations are prohibited. We may restrict abusive use.
Trial and annual plan
The free trial lasts three months from creation of your first doorbell and includes up to three doorbells. The only paid plan costs USD 20 per year and includes up to ten doorbells. The total and applicable taxes are shown before payment. The trial does not automatically charge you: a paid subscription requires an explicit purchase.
Purchases and renewal
Purchases through Paddle are sold and managed by Paddle as Merchant of Record under its Buyer Terms. The subscription renews annually unless canceled. Checkout shows the amount and billing frequency before payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation through the management link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle support. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it is not a refund request. See our refund policy and Paddle's terms.
Availability
Alert delivery depends on Internet connectivity, permissions and browser and device restrictions. Location accuracy depends on the device. We do not guarantee delivery of every alert or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
